There is no one here in my sphere that speaks of dying and how to do it. I heard that tragically Bonhoffer would have been free in a month had he not been executed, but he knew how to die because he knew how to live.
My young energetic caregivers drive like there is no such thing as death... I agree with you, Almighty God is sovereign over everything.
You know, we might outlive a lot of people around us that are taking this world for granted. Thanks everyone that commented, we are never alone. You made my quiet Easter richer. See you face to face in a perfectly well pain free body in eternity. -LindaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5589866312350199147.post-75338551119732335282013-03-30T03:34:45.464-07:002013-03-30T03:34:45.464-07:00Hello Peter, My husband died of cancer on 23rd Ma...Hello Peter, My husband died of cancer on 23rd March 2013 and the ceremony of cremation took place yesterday March 29th 2013. I have a strong faith and had many mystical experiences since many years. There would be lot to say about death as I faced it and meditated lot on it and saw how I reacted to this with Inner Peace being a constant support to others throughout the process. I was searching for messages about 'resurection' this is how I arrived on your blog. I hope we will have an occasion to discuss more. Have a wonderful day, Ananda from FranceAnanda Internationalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16085834378813015746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5589866312350199147.post-67074285463831210182013-03-27T07:51:01.114-07:002013-03-27T07:51:01.114-07:00Good Morning Peter!

Thanks to Your faith and the brilliant way, You are writing about it, I feel that mine is growing :)

I'm a student of medicine, so every day I see a lot of people suffering and afraid of pain and death. I wish I could talk about God as well as You do, to give them hope and strength to live. You'll be my inspiration :)

Best wishes & greetings from Poland :)Justynanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5589866312350199147.post-36331739542083899312012-04-08T20:01:02.645-07:002012-04-08T20:01:02.645-07:00Ron: It's tough to hear your latest news. I've popped in afew times since I was diagnosed June 20th with Stage 3C, my primary was in 1995.
We share the same surgical onc, I had 17 lymph nodes removed at OHSU June 30th, the same day I retired. hi dose radiation in september, 2 weeks of IV Interferon in November, then life went on.

2 weeks ago I was dx'd with masses and nodules in my lungs, a partial lobe obstruction and collapse. jumped right into stage IV. I start Zelboraf on Monday and I'm eager to gulp down those 4 pills. I'm also getting radiation on the mass that's partially blocking an airway. Thursday my radiation onc, a doc i really like, told my wife and I that if additional treatments don't work i won't see another spring. i don't believe that's true but we're taking it to heart. I'm also a Christian, not worried about what comes after my body expires but since Thursday have been haunted by this panicky feeling and and a constant question of "how do i live now?" - these two posts of your's are a great comfort. thankyou.RBShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12914151020760729219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5589866312350199147.post-76269537994230009382012-04-05T10:40:54.229-07:002012-04-05T10:40:54.229-07:00HI Peter,
