Thank you for sharing this moving tribute. Your father appears to be a happy man who lived a full, rich life and rejoiced in his God, his family, his friends, and his work. A life cut too short, of course, but a wonderful example for the rest of us about how to make the most of God's precious gifts. Peter would be proud of you for highlighting these values.
There is something about each day that reminds me of Peter and I am thankful. How he would have loved this snow, and the story of the transitory fox and the bobcat.
And I miss you, dear Ellen, and think of you and the kids each time I think of Peter. May many blessings come your way.
I came across this blog doing some research on Lymphedema and inguinal node dissection. Sorry for your loss. To God be the Glory he knew HIM and you have the hope of seeing Peter again.
